As we step into August, a month of late-summer warmth, back-to-school routines, and renewed momentum, it’s a great time to keep looking ahead—especially when supporting your family through life’s changes. Just like summer slows down into a steadier rhythm, a little preparation now can help everyone feel more grounded, safer, and more confident about what’s next.

August often brings meaningful seasonal moments, from school-year preparations to family schedules falling into place. And amid the busyness, one of the most impactful ways to show care is continuing to build a strong financial foundation—reviewing your goals, setting aside savings, and preparing for upcoming expenses (including school-related costs) or any unexpected disruptions.

Since 2010, I have proudly served as a State Farm Agent in Denver, NC. In November 2023, I was honored to expand our reach with the opening of a second office in Boone, NC. Our team is dedicated to helping families across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee protect what matters most and plan confidently for the future.

At the heart of our practice are core values: integrity, fairness, and meaningful, needs-based conversations. These principles guide every interaction and decision we make.

I am grateful to have been recognized as the 2021 Lincoln County Small Businessperson of the Year and more recently as the 2025 "Normy" Award winner for Insurance in Denver. Our product offerings span a wide range of services, including:

Beyond business, I am deeply committed to giving back to the communities we serve. I have had the privilege of serving as President of the Denver Lake Norman Rotary Club and currently serve on the Board of the Lincoln County Coalition Against Child Abuse. I am also actively involved with SafeKids Lincoln County and serve as an Ambassador for the Blowing Rock Chamber of Commerce as well as Co-Chair the Blowing Rock Referral Team. Most recently I completed the Blowing Rock Leadership Challenge.

We are Proud Supporters of App State Athletics, and I am a proud graduate of The Ohio State University and remain passionate about providing exceptional service and support to my customers and community.
