"Make sure when switching a vehicle they tell you about your price difference. The lady never told me about a down payment or nothing for switching my vehicle, and the right around Christmas time you get hit with that difference. Just make sure you get the communication, unlike me."

"Staff is always attentive. Rich is professional and approachable. Insurance is not " cool " but your best served by having pro's come alongside with a company that has merit. If one only looks for price that is folly. Get it right by knowing you have what your individual or family needs. Gambling is fun till you lose. Most people can't absorb a even a small loss payout of $10k. Cheers if you can. Relationship vs 1-800 is worth dollars for peace of mind. Reality is not if but when " bad " happens."

"Look y'all, I waited 4 hours to hear back from my previous insurance company - all I needed to do was add a car and such. During that time, I was able to call here - set up and account - and all that jazz BEFORE my (now ex) insurance company finally got around to calling me back. Not only that, but Jenn had me laughing my butt off and enjoying the process. Businesses are built from the ground up, good employees are vital and hard to find but hey - check this place out. They managed it."
