"*******UPDATED REVIEW************* I wrote the review below several years ago. As I was reading it I realized State Farm, especially everyone at Rich Lyons office, has been by my side through everything I've gone through in life. Since I wrote that last review life has changed a lot. No matter what's going on in my busy world, all I have to do is pick up the phone and I know that Ginger or Jenn will be on the other end ready to help. I can't imagine using another Insurance Company! I can't begin to express how happy we are with everyone here and the services they provide. I've had State Farm for years, home and auto and have had no complaints. Actually, the ladies in the office know that I have a lot on my plate (I take care of of mother who has Alzheimer's. Since I'm still learning to balance my home and hers, I have a time getting my own stuff done) and will even send a reminder that my insurance is coming due. For some people, that may seem insignificant, but not to me. Little things mean a lot. Two days ago, I hit a deer. A big one. I was scared out my mind and had no idea what to do next. They have walked me through every step and have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. This is the best place you could turn to for your insurance needs. I can't say enough about how absolutely amazing and truly caring they are. ****UPDATE**********"
